This website was built as a place for trading card collectors to buy sell and trade in a fraud-free family friendly environment. eBay is one of the biggest sellers of Pokémon cards and a large portion of their products are counterfeit. These vendors have found loopholes to maintain positive feedback, and they request a bad feedback get removed. The two vendors I received fake cards from are back up to 1 hundred percent feedback. I even submitted pictures to the eBay staff.
We take counterfeiting in fraud pretty seriously at TCGPost. We expect the highest standards for every transaction.
My eBay experience
The following email correspondence took place after I found out that I bought fraud cards on eBay. I left bad feedback on both eBay merchants. After a week I checked the feedback to see if it was still there and it was not, removed, they were both at 100 % positive feedback, these are the pictures I submitted to the eBay staff. To get my refund in which I did get without too much trouble.

Let me start by acknowledging the experience you experienced with us which is your feedback getting removed. We appreciate our buyers whenever they take time to use the feedback forum page to share their experience and this is something that does not happen often.
eBay rarely gets involved when it comes to the feedback forum page, but we do when a violation has been committed by both our buyers and sellers. There will be rare situations when our seller protection team takes over and pro-actively removes feedback for our merchants with good standing. The latter is what I believed happened in your case.
I also want to reassure you that your feedback getting removed does not mean your trading partner has been freed from any responsibility. The seller has been already reported. He will be subject for evaluation and a more serious repercussion will be given.
We may not be able to reinstate your feedback, but this automatically generates a flag against your seller’s account internally. We highly appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

These vendors are selling fake counterfeit Pokemon cards. This is a serious crime. Why would you allow them to keep selling? I have proven that the cards are fake and will provide photographs and even mail you the card. I cannot shop at eBay if I’m buying fake cards. Are you on board with this? Are you encouraging the fraud for profits? This is not going to end nicely for you.

So what did I do?
I re-ordered cards from both vendors and I will leave appropriate feedback. When they arrive. One vendor was able to block me, so I use my second eBay account. He is a major seller that fraud lots of people, I wish I could contact all the people on the list. He knew to block me right away. So far he has not recognized me or cancel the order.
